Senator Barack Obama has done it! He is the Democratic Party's U.S. Presidential Party nominee after a grueling battle, the first African American in U.S. history to rise to such dizzying political heights. On February 20, I posted the following commentary which sought to explain Senator Obama's dazzling political performance. That was before the Reverend Wright's sermons and 'bitterness' remarks and the white working class were raised as road blocks to his relentless march to the nomination. He survived them all. As we celebrate this historic victory, however, we need to start asking hard questions of what a possible Obama presidential victory and administration would mean for the Pan-African world. I will be offering my reflections on this in due course.
A new American President tainted by the blood of Palestinians?
I am very much distressed that this very clever person: Obama
"floats " on the money of the Jewish lobby. Is America only dominated by Israel and money?
It is just too awful, the way America is changing or has changed into: dominated by money and the money Jews are bringing in.
To me Obama is a Judas! How on earth can a president to be, sell himself to Israel: wearing an Israeli flag next to an American one on the lapel of his jacket?
and without first meeting the leader of the original state of Palestinia,, just proclaiming that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel. and that he , if he is chosen to be president , will make sure Israel is protected by America.
Knowing sure well, that the Israelis want to bomb Iran to pulp and then , together with America, get hold of the oil fields.
It is all about OIL! and POWER. Iran does not want to trade in US dollars , but in Euros, and China also buys most of its oil from Iran.
The USA and Israel want to get Iran on its knees.
And how? just like in Iraq: who would care about the people of Iran? who cares about the remnants of a very old culture?
During the second world war, the first city bombed to bits, cathedral included, was Coventry, then later, if the Germans wanted to do a good bombing job, they said : let's COVENTRISE the place.
That is just what the USA has done with the remnants of a very old culture in URUG: the tanks went through the monuments , the troops used it for baraqs.
I am so disappointed that some of Zelezaa intelligent contributors have become so Americanized that they , with all their experience of how much their own people have suffered at the hands of the white man, now , just because the next USA leader might be coloured, OK his callous commitment to the Israelis. And worse: do not show any compassion for the Palestinians.

Yes! it would be good to have an American president
who is coloured.
HOWEVER as I follow the situation in the Middle East
closely, I just find it repugnant and fear inspiring,that he accepted campaign money from the Jewish lobby in America.
So he bound himself to NOT PROMOTING a Palestinian land , based on a right to return and a West Bank freed of Israeli settlers.
He will most likely agree with Israeli ethnic cleansing of land for milennia occupied by Palestinians
So he will use his influence for: NOT A NUCLEAR FREE MIDDLE EAST, but only Iran forbidden to have nuclear armament.
