5th Annual CTO Forum: Harnessing the Potential of NGNs to Facilitate ICT Convergence

The 107 year old CTO has run an annual Council Meeting for the last 46 years. The Council Meeting gives each CTO representative the opportunity to meet and discuss the past 12 month's development work as well as plan for the next year and beyond.
